About StableHacks

What is StableHacks?

A “Stable Hack” refers to a one-week intensive agile sprint to develop a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) wireframe to support clients developing new products or websites. The process is essentially a well-managed “hackathon” with input from StableHack’s expert team of client strategists, designers, product managers, and developers. Our deliverables help clients move to the next phase of product development based on the costs associated with each step.

Why StableHacks?

Start-ups in Toronto often find it difficult to reach out and connect with the design, technical and product management resources they need to develop their ideas. They may also feel overwhelmed by the large number of service providers to choose from and feel uncertain where they should turn for product development assistance. In addition, certain organizations designed to assist start-ups with product creation offer only mentorship or resources to incubate ideas rather than providing viable solid product delivery within a short period of time.

StableHacks connects clients with thoroughly vetted service providers to ensure timely product delivery and client success.

Who are our clients?

Startups with innovative ideas who need help with product development, design, funding assistance, legal advice and marketing campaigns.

Who is leading the initiative?

Launched in 2017, StableHacks is led by a group of highly-motivated developers and designers based in Toronto and New York City.  Intellectual property legal support is offered by Ridout & Maybee LLP (Toronto) and a number of affiliated strategic investors.
